Continental Property Investment is a French Real Estate Company specialized on the acquisition AAA rented assets. 

Located at present in Paris and Madrid, the team is looking for opportunities across Europe. Its portfolio contains an important variety of assets: offices, hotels, logistics, warehouses located in different places.

INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY. Continental Property Investment seeks opportunities on the market. The axiom is to work hard to identify good business, good locations, and representative buildings. The risk is not a stop if deals are attractive. 
The target is wide regarding type of assets: offices, hotels, shopping centres, warehouses and/or logistics. Not only big sites but well located. Developments are not quite interesting, as Continental Property Investments is not a value-added profile.

GOALS 2011. During its second year in Spain, Continental Property Investments has improved its presence. At the same time of the purchase of Ex-Hilton Valencia at the Spanish Levante (304 rooms, restaurant, bar, Spa, 16 meeting rooms), CPI signed a lease contract with one of the most important Spanish hotel managers. Sol Melia is running the hotel since last February and the hotel had changed its name to Hotel Melia Palacio de Congresos. 

Also in February, a new deal was closed. The second acquisition in Madrid is an office building (8.000m² + parking + high street retail + gym), at Serrano Street.
